Anthony's strong sense of values and keen approach to excellent hands-on customer service, and his deep and broad industry and technical expertise, coupled with strong communicative and savvy technology skills led him to form his own firm on June 1, 2018, to best serve his clients. He has significant experience with corporate, partnership and individual tax issues. His primary emphasis is on Subchapter C corporations filing consolidated multistate tax returns. He has experience with a variety of clients in different industries including distributors, high-tech, life-science companies such as drug development, medical device, and pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, retailers, real estate, and service companies.
Anthony also has significant experience with foreign taxation including backup withholding requirements, choice of legal entity issues, foreign tax credit planning, transfer pricing, and the new tax reform transition tax. Over the years Anthony has coordinated and conducted many Federal IRC Section 6662 transfer-pricing studies over the years, and has assisted companies in the rollout and implementation of these studies.

Education & Qualifications
Anthony earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant College (graduated May 1989). He earned his Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College (graduated December 1995). He is licensed to practice as a CPA in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants, and is actively involved as a member of the Rhode Island Society of CPAs (Federal and State Tax Committee), and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is published and has written articles for the Tax Advisor and CPAmerica International. Currently, he is an editor for the AICPA's monthly publication, the "Tax Advisor." Anthony is a former native of Rhode Island and currently resides in North Attleboro, Massachusetts.
